Add a New User

You can add a user to your QuickTapSurvey account by using the QuickTapSurvey Web App. Creating new users is available on the Pro and Premium plans.

How to Add a New User

1. Log in to the QuickTapSurvey Web App and click Users.

2. Click the Create User button.

3. Enter a Username, First Name, and Password. The username cannot already exist in the system. Be sure to enter an Email Address if you want the user to be able to reset their own password.

4. Select the Roles you want to assign to this user.

5. Click the Save button.
