Upgrade Your Account
At any time during your free trial you can upgrade your account to unlock unlimited surveys and survey responses. When upgrading your account you will make three choices; Monthly or Annual Billing, Plan Type and the total number of devices.
Before you start
- Review our compare plans page to find out which features are available on each plan level. www.quicktapsurvey.com/pricing/compare. Note: When you upgrade it will default to recommended plan based on the features used during your free trial to ensure you don't lose access to your current surveys.
- Determine if you want to sign up for a monthly or annual subscription.

How to Upgrade Your Account
1. Log to your QuickTapSurvey Trial Account here: www.quicktapsurvey.com/admin/upgrade/
2. Select a Monthly or Annual Billing Frequency.
3. Select the Plan you would like to upgrade to.
Note: If you are using a Free Trial account, and have created surveys using features from higher tiered plans than the one you are upgrading to, you will see a warning about your surveys. Please visit the following article to learn more about this warning.
Why am I getting a warning about inaccessible surveys when trying to upgrade?
4. Enter the total number of Device Licenses you would like to purchase. You will need one Device License for each mobile device you will be using.
5. If applicable, enter a Discount / Promo Code. Note: Annual billing may be pre-populated with a promo code based on current promotions.
6. Click the Upgrade button.
7. Review the details of your subscription.
8. Enter your Credit Card details.
9. Click the Upgrade button.
Your account has now been upgraded!
