Refund Policy
QuickTapSurvey is a software platform that is purchased as a recurring subscription with either monthly or annual billing.
Billing Day
Your billing day is derived from the day you first upgraded your account.
If you selected monthly billing, you will be charged on the same day every month (or the last day of the month if it doesn't include your billing day).
If you selected annual billing, you will be charged on the same day every year.
Subscription Termination
You can terminate your subscription at any time for any reason by using the QuickTapSurvey Web App. Subscriptions cannot be terminated by email or by phone.
Refunds
As per our Terms of Use, we are unable to provide refunds for the current or previous billing periods of a subscription. Subscriptions must be terminated prior to the next Billing Day. Our refund policy is clearly stated when upgrading and on every invoice:
