Why do I see two charges on my credit card bill?

If you see two charges from QuickTapSurvey on your credit card bill, it means that you either upgraded your account or added device licenses in the middle of your billing period. One charge will be the recurring subscription amount. The other charge will be a pro-rated amount for upgrading or adding new device licenses to the current billing period.

For example, if you upgrade to the Advanced plan with 10 device licenses, and then you decide to add an additional 5 device licenses, you will see two transactions on your credit card bill.
