Overview of QuickTapSurvey Notifications
Notifications allow for real-time updates on events triggered by your surveys and are available to accounts subscribed to the Premium plan.
QuickTapSurvey has two types of Notifications:
Kiosk Failure Notifications will notify users via email when their Kiosk goes offline or online.
Response Notifications send an email to an email address when specific conditions are met in a survey response.
