Telephone

Telephone is used to enter a phone number. With the custom telephone keypad, there is no keyboard to switch and invalid characters cannot be entered. The phone number is formatted in North American Numbering Plan style, which makes it easy to read and verify.

Settings

• Telephone Number Format - Select the format of the phone number being collected to enable data input validation.
• US & Canada - Phone numbers will be validated to fit the format (XXX) XXX - XXXX.
• Other - Phone numbers will not be validated against a specific format.
• Show Extension Field - Another field will be displayed on the screen for an extension number to be entered. This option is only available for US & Canada phone number
• Other - The other field allows you to capture international phone numbers.
