How do I edit a survey after it has been published?

A survey cannot be modified while it has Published status. If you need to make a change to a published survey, you have 2 options: Duplicate the survey or Unpublish the survey.

How to Duplicate Your Survey 

1. Log in to the QuickTapSurvey Web App and click Surveys.

2. Click the Dropdown for the survey you want to modify and then click Duplicate Survey.

3. Make the desired changes to your duplicated survey.

How to Unpublish a Survey 

1. Log in to the QuickTapSurvey Web App and click Surveys.

2. If your survey has any responses, it cannot be unpublished. You will need to delete your survey responses to continue. 

3. Click the Dropdown icon for the survey you want to modify and click View Survey.

4. Click the Unpublish button.

Now you will be able to make the desired changes to your survey.
