Restarting the QuickTapSurvey App - iOS

If the QuickTapSurvey app freezes or has an unrecognized issue on your iOS device, you may need to restart the app. 

How to Restart the QuickTapSurvey App

1. Double-tap the Home Button. The QuickTapSurvey app will shrink and be shown on the screen with all other running apps.

2. Swipe the QuickTapSurvey app up towards the top of the screen.

3. The QuickTapSurvey app will no longer be shown amongst the other running apps.

4. Press the Home Button and relaunch QuickTapSurvey from the home screen.
