Solving Zero Completed Responses On Survey Device
Under normal circumstances, the device should not show zero (0) completed responses after a survey is completed one or more times. However, the following scenarios may cause completed responses to show as zero (0):
1. Survey-taker exited a survey before it was fully completed. Survey-taker must answer the last question of a survey for their response to be counted.
2. Your survey was updated after it was already downloaded to your device. The new version of the survey replaced the old version and that is why there are zero (0) completed responses. The previously collected survey responses can be recovered but will not be included as survey responses in the new version of the survey.
3. The application was signed out of.
