Why don't 4 byte characters display consistently?

QuickTapSurvey offers limited support for 4-byte characters.

Some Asian languages use a small number of 4-byte characters which will be displayed and supported as follows:

• 4-byte characters will not be displayed on Android devices.
• If a 4-byte character is submitted as part of a survey response, the character will not be visible in the PDF reports or .xlsx data downloads, however, the character will be in .csv data downloads.
