Resetting a Client User's Password

How to Reset a Client User’s Password

 

1. Log in to the QuickTapSurvey Web App and click Users.

 

2. Locate the user whose password you would like to reset and click the Edit button. 

 

3. Enter a new password in the Password and Re-Enter Password fields.

 

 

4. Click Save.
