Supported Devices

QuickTapSurvey is available for both iOS and Android devices. At this time, only iOS and Android devices are supported.

iOS

QuickTapSurvey is supported on  iOS 9 and up. 

Android

The QuickTapSurvey Android app requires the following specifications to run correctly:

• Built in GPS functionality
• Installed from the Google Play Store (not by APK)

Minimum Specifications – Android App:

• Android 4.4.2 (Kit Kat)
• 1.5GB of Memory (RAM)
• Dual Core processor
• Screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels

Recommended Specifications – Android App:

• Android 5.0 (Lollipop)
• 2GB of Memory (RAM)
• Dual Core processor - 2.0GHz or greater
• Screen resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels

Note: E-Reader style tablets are not supported by QuickTapSurvey (Amazon Kindle, Amazon Kindle Fire, Barnes and Noble Nook, etc).

iPhone and Android Smartphones

The QuickTapSurvey iPhone and Android Smartphone apps allow you to run your surveys in Form survey format.

Face to Face and Form surveys will all be displayed as a Form survey when using a phone.

The QuickTapSurvey iPhone and Android Smartphone apps support all question types that function in Form Surveys.
