Collecting responses with online Surveys

Using the Online survey type, you can collect data by distributing your survey online.

Even if you have not built an Online survey, you can still collect data online as long as your survey's questions are all supported by the Online Survey type.

Please note that you can only collect 1 survey response every 24 hours per device with online surveys.

Collecting Data Online With a Published Survey

At this time, if you have a previous Online Survey that's been used to collect responses, you can duplicate that survey to create a brand new version. If you're unfamiliar with how to duplicate a survey, please check out our article on how to duplicate a survey - here. 

If you've signed up for a new account and do not have an online survey that you can duplicate or a template that you can import, you can reach out to our support team to get a copy of an online survey template that can be used on your account. 

Quicktapsurvey does have the ability to create Online Surveys, but its primary function is collecting data offline.
